Finance
Finning is not afraid to put its money where its mouth is and we have funded projects directly for a number of our blue-chip customers. We currently have funding in place for periods of up to 20 years, on projects that we have built and fully maintain.
In addition, Finning has a close business relationship with Cat Finance. Our relationship with Caterpillar goes back almost 80 years and is built on mutual trust and respect. Cat Finance has funded a number of major projects developed by Finning, taking comfort in the exceptional high standard of Finning's workmanship.

Logistics
Finning is able to draw on its close relationship with Caterpillar in order to offer our customers logistics support. Caterpillar Group has sales of approx US$45bn, 80,000+ employees, and 1,800+ major suppliers. Cat Logistics provides best value, integrated logistics solutions to clients in time-sensitive, service-critical businesses.
Cat Logistics offer a premium customer service with a focus on total cost reduction, supply chain waste elimination and continuous improvement.
Component rebuild centre
Even when designed for long, hard and reliable service, the toughest plant and equipment will eventually wear out. The cost of replacement can be prohibitive, so rebuilding at a fraction of the cost is a serious alternative. Our Component Rebuild Centre (CRC) in the UK is dedicated to doing just this. We offer full plant, equipment and component rebuilds to a wide and diverse range of applications including construction, power generation, industrial, marine and offshore markets.
The CRC provides customers with the quality, performance and reliability that is expected from Finning, but with significant potential cost savings when compared to the cost of new.
Our technicians are experts in component rebuild, from larger projects such as whole engines to smaller jobs such as injector sets. All are trained, fully skilled engineers so customers can trust in our breadth of knowledge and expertise.

Engineering services
In addition to the team of dedicated project managers, technical engineering support is provided by a diverse group of technical specialists. On the electrical side for example, skills range from substation electricians to software programmers – the mechanical team is similarly broad in its knowledge base.
The engineering team also manages the quality system, provides a draughting resource, looks after the standards library, and maintains an online engineering technical library currently running at 65,000 files.
