It enables remote functionality at our 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year control desk, enabling monitoring technicians to take prompt action to restore operation to optimum levels, often without the need for a site visit. Should on-site attention be required, the accuracy of the data is such that the visiting technician will know in advance exactly what parts and equipment are required, ensuring downtime is kept to an absolute minimum.
